I m creating a database that has a Users table- and two of the columns in the user table are First_name and Last_name. I want to make these columns sort of "semi-unique"; in other words- there can be two people with the same first name- or two people with the same last name- but there can t be someone with the same first name AND the same last name. Does anyone know a way to do this?

Please help me to check the php file online -i dont have mysql server -apache -and or Linux Let mew know is there any way to do through online I am using win XP Prof. sp2

Hello I am 16 and I have been thinking for awhile to start my own web develoment company. But I don t know where to start. I am in the 10th grade going to 11th and I have been doing HTML/CSS/Graphic Design since 5th grade so about 5-6 years so I know how to design.

I have also been creating Dynamic pages using Javascript- Ajax- and PHP/MySQL for about 4 years now. So I know how to code and script. I want to start my own comany but I need to know if there are taxes and those types of things.

This community server has command line interface.
Are there any GUI interface (free) available for Mysql ;if so pleaase let me know
