Preferably with MySQL available and PHP

Where can I get free webhosting? With FTP support and if possible support a a mysql database so I can host a wordpress blog?

I use the select method to obtain a limit of 4 rows from mysql table.

I now want to store these 4 rows into separate arrays so i can create navigation without having to connect to my database again.How is this done?

Is it possible to create a 3 dimensional database? How would you do that? Also- what language do you use with SQL databases?

I have a problem. Due to poor service- I decided to move my site to another host. Before doing so- I did a full backup which saved to my desktop and in .tar.gz format. I also backed up mySQL as well as phpMyAdmin.

How do I make all those files appear on my new host? Both hosts use cPanel.

How can I make sure each folder and file in that folder is backed up and ready to restore with the new host?

Bottom line is- I can t get my site to work. It is still down and has been for days.
