"structured query language""sql" server this two are same or there is any difference. i ask about sql server they said me that sql server is used for .net.

I ve installed MySQL on my computer- uninstalled it and reinstalled again. The computer remember the program and asked for an old password and new password. I typed correctly but it won t let me pass.

How do I remove the password?

I have a website with a table- in one cell i have images that create a navigation bar- in another cell i have site content- etc.

Ok- what I want is this: let s say I decide to change my navi-bar images- ie- the order and/or quantity of said images. Is there a way where all I have to do is edit one file and all the pages on my site will have that new navi-bar without me having to cut/paste the code for it into each file on my website?

I ve only learned basic css where I can change an external style sheet- etc- but i don t see how css can do what I m asking unless i haven t learned something important. Is there some kind of code where I can say "in this cell- filename.ext = content of cell"?

Or is there some other entirely other kind of workflow I can design with to do this? I ve started learning php/mysql but not much. Is there some kind of program that will do this for me- and which ones could work really well w/Dreamweaver CS3? I m not smart- I need easy to use programs.

Hi - I have just made a user login system. I can register - Login - Go to a user space and Logout. But my user login page is the same for everyone. I want personal pages is there anyway of doing this so when they login it does this. I will post my login code as addintional details. Please help me. Thanks alot. Anyhelp would be great!

Hiya thanks for responces - im fairley new to php and mysql but i do know a bit.
Basically i was slowley developing a social network that i can build on and eventually launch. Im kind of using it to learn php and stuff. So basically i have a login and user regiration page but like when they login it goes straight a page that everyone gets the same. Using the header(Location:) thing. What i want is like myspace everyone to see a diffreant page like there control panel but also like a profile page so they can create a url. Is there anyway i can do this. Thanks

I m trying to install a software which I bought. Every time I click the icon of the software- this message come out - "Error connecting to the server: Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL host. I asked them for help- they said I need to check my system security settings (i.e. Norton- McAfee- AVG- etc) and make sure there are no files in the blocked lists of those programs.

The problem is- I don t use any of them. Is there another security setting inside my PC that I don t aware?
